
Our kitchen team takes inspiration from our beautiful surrounds and the bounty offered up by the changing seasons. Our recently planted kitchen garden and orchard are set to provide a steady flow of fresh, flavor filled, organic produce from which the ingredients required for each service are harvested. Along with ingredients foraged on our morning walks we collaborate with local farms and independent growers to bring you the finest sustainable produce that our region has to offer.
